They will be blessed with two rituals from that god. The bonuses affect the effectiveness of these rituals just like any other skill affects a command. For a hefty fee, you can order a faith rod from any priest (the higher the level the better) that has any ritual in that priests arsenal on it. Some items can hold more than one ritual.
