The Counterweight Continent

A small continent on the opposite part of Discworld as the Circle Sea and the cities near it. One strange feature of the continent is the high quantity of gold and octiron present in it. The streets of the Agatean Empire are literally paved with gold. The majority of the continent is also surrounded by a large wall, erected many centuries ago in an attempt to keep out vampire ghosts (read as: foreigners.) It is unknown what is on the Counterweight Continent mainland beside the Agatean Empire, but there are several small islands surrounding the continent. A few of the more well known islands surrounding the mainland are Bhangbhangduc and Trob.
